CERAMIC GIN GLASS
FOR GALA GIN2024
This project was a unique opportunity to design a custom ceramic glass for Gala Gin - a heritage gin carefully crafted in the Greater Poland region. The object was created for a special dinner at Concordia Taste in Poznań, where local ingredients and contemporary cuisine were thoughtfully paired with Gala Gin.
The aim of the design was to create more than just a vessel. The ceramic glass was intended to emphasize the ritual of drinking, offering a tactile experience that complemented the complexity of the spirit. The materiality of ceramics, with its subtle texture and weight, introduced an element of intimacy and craftsmanship that connected the guests to both the regional heritage of the gin and the handmade process behind the object itself.
By integrating traditional craft with gastronomy, this project highlighted how design can shape sensory experiences and create a dialogue between the drink, the place, and the people sharing it.
