Is it a cool chemistry experiment or are we just brewing coffee?
This minimalist coffee set takes its name both from laboratory - a place which aesthetics deeply influenced our collection - and from the polish word laba - an equivalent of an Italian dolce far niente, doing nothing, chilling, having a worry-free time.
Objects are made with a pigmented porcelain using a slip casting method. Glazed with a transparent glaze. Collection was made in both glossy and matte finish.

This project is a part of a collection of objects comissioned and prototyped within an interdisciplinary research & development project titled “Shaping the interior landscape by crafting relationships between objects, created using various manufacturing technologies and artistic techniques“ / “Kształtowanie wzajemnych relacji obiektów użytkowych realizowanych w oparciu o różne technologie wytwarzania i techniki artystyczne budujących wspólnie krajobraz wnętrza mieszkalnego”, carried out by University of Arts in Poznań (UAP).
